Not My Enemy is a musical experiment that seeks to bring fans of instrumental-rock and jazz-fusion together with people who know how to dance. Disparate groups that might never interact -until now!
It's an age-old story: He wants to see Buckethead or Guthrie Govan and She's more interested in Skrillex and Deadmou5. As it turns out none of those shows are going on in town tonight anyway, so why not NME? It's guitar overload at mostly danceable time signatures, paced like an old-fashioned rave, and at a bargain price!
Do you like to dance? Are you a music nerd? Are you a guitar geek? Are you able to taste the colors of music? If you answered "eh, maybe" to any of those, this might be the show for you.
Mick is a retired studio, session, and pickup guitar player from Austin, Texas, and DJ Dominique is "Southern Appalachia's Chillest Vibe Curator." Together they seek to unite people who may not normally have musical tastes in common. Come to a show. Maybe you'll have a good time, maybe you'll find true love!
